Rêve Marin - 5min à Pied de la Plage

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Neufchâtel-Hardelot offers this charming 65 m² apartment for rent, about 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A sleeping area with a double sofa-bed
- A single sofa-bed in the entrance hall
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Neufchâtel-Hardelot, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Take advantage of Hardelot's vast sandy beach, perfect for swimming or water sports.
- Explore the Hardelot national forest and the trails of Mont Saint-Frieux. A variety of routes, from 1 to 20 km, are available for walkers of all levels.
- Visit Château d'Hardelot, a 19th-century neo-Gothic manor house inspired by Windsor Castle, and discover its fascinating history.
- Enjoy horseback rides or riding lessons in a natural setting.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Neufchâtel-Hardelot, 15 min by car
- Nearest airport: Le Touquet-Élisabeth II, 30 min by car

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
