All-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax) on 2900m² of enclosed land, located across from a rural supermarket (+ gas and laundry).
Ground floor: Open-plan living/dining room/equipped kitchen, fireplace insert (wood provided). Office. WC. 1 shower room (shower, sink).
Upstairs: games room. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. 1 bedroom with two trundle beds (90x190). Shower room (shower, WC).

Welcome to the "Gîte de la Grange," a characterful house and renovated barn where you can gather with family or friends thanks to its four bedrooms and numerous sleeping arrangements. Located in the heart of the Grande Sologne region, nature lovers, fishing, hiking, and cycling enthusiasts will be delighted! You are less than 30 km from the Château de Chambord, the Château de Cheverny (which inspired Hergé's Moulinsart, Tintin's castle), the Lamotte-Beuvron Federal Equestrian Park, and an hour from the famous ZooParc de Beauval. Also discover, amidst the Cheverny AOC vineyards, the smallest of the Loire châteaux, the Château de Troussay.
