“Great stay. Friendly hosts. The beehive is a gated bungalow with parking next to property. The property is comfortable with everything there you need. The large beautiful garden was the highlight for us and making memories with the kids. Visited BeWILDerwood and roaar which are both close by and are both excellent Surrounding area is beautiful with many nice pubs within a short drive plus the Broards. Would love to return and highly recommend.”

“We stayed with 16 friends for our Stag/ Hen weekend. House was fabulous - size, decor and comfort of rooms were great. Only put 4 stars for accuracy of online listing as we were expecting a BBQ and hot tub but couldn't find them.Very close to corner shops, pubs, restaurants and a park.Host Jonathan was very informative of all the helpful info we needed to know about the house and communicative with our questions pre stay.Would 10/10 recommend! ”

“The property lived up to our expectations. There was enough in the mansion for everybody to enjoy despite the wide age range. Further afield there were lovely walks and of course Great Yarmouth for a swim in the sea. ”

“Property was not ready for us when we arrived, microwave smelled, and dishwasher doesn’t work and smells really bad needs some urgent attention, grass in garden not cut so kids could not play in it, However when reporting the state of the property I.e beds not made and towels still left in the bath and shower cleaners worked around the clock to get beds sorted and clean towels thank you cleaners you did an amazing job really appreciate your efforts getting the situation resolved, we were still...

“Fabulously equipped property with lovely character and a homely feel. The garden areas were perfect for the children and the added touch of outdoor and indoor games to play kept them occupied whatever the weather. Great base to get out and about exploring Suffolk and Norfolk. The pictures don’t do the property justice, it has everything you need and more! The owners live next door; it was lovely to meet them, the welcome treats and flowers set on the kitchen windowsill were a kind and thoughtful...

“This house was perfect for two families to stay in for the week. The garden is enormous so plenty of room for kids to run off their energy. The house itself was comfortable and clean. The location is relatively remote being accessed down single track lanes, which meant it was very peaceful, but still only 10 minutes from a shop. We were still generally within 30 minutes of the places we wanted to visit. The Indian takeaway in Poringland was excellent too!”
