This well-stocked condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating in the living room, and one bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom on the first floor. There is a second bedroom, a full bathroom, and a loft with a fold-out futon and a washer and dryer on the second floor.
Seaside Villas is a small complex with just 14 units. This end unit has its own screened lanai overlooking the pool and a private patio on the west side for you to enjoy sunset views. The main entrance can be accessed from the parking lot off Oyster Quay and through our private patio with outdoor seating. The open living space includes an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area with a cozy banquette, and a comfortable living room.
This is our family vacation home that we rent out when we are not able to enjoy it. I'm just a short distance away and can be reached by phone or text. Self-check-in by secure keypad.
The beach access is just a few minutes walk across the street. Beach carts, coolers, beach chairs, toys and an umbrella are provided for your use. Take our two beach cruiser bikes for a ride on the nearby bike trail on Saxon Ave. up to Publix, or explore the wooded trail along Saxon Ave. up to Indian River Lagoon Park for fishing or birdwatching. A plaza with a grocery store, breakfast restaurant, Italian restaurant, liquor store and beach shop is just a few blocks walk away.
Seaside Villas is located just west of Atlantic Avenue approximately two miles from the Flagler Avenue entertainment and shopping district. After crossing the south bridge onto the peninusula, you will pass several restaurants, a grocery store and shops. The no-drive part of the beach starts at 27th Avenue and southward to the Cape Canaveral Seashore. Our townhouse is .8 mile south of the 27th Avenue beach access, just across from the beach access at Oyster Quay. Although it is a public beach access, it's in a quiet section of the beach away from the crowds. Our unit has one designated parking spot.
