After checking into this hotel, I walked into the room to find the last guest laying in the bed. He had late check out. The second room had, been cleaned partly but still had dirty toilet, plug not secured to wall, one blind broken, broken coffee machine, dirty loose desk chair, noise from bar down stairs until 3pm, odd draw nob and bathroom needs new door. This was feedback to the hotel, but sadly I'm left waiting for any acknowledgement. Not what you expect for $600 for 4 nights. This is a good located hotel and besides the above problems I would recommend it or stay again. Expensive but good location in times square.

Tout était en décrépitude dans cet hôtel. Il n’y avait même pas de siège de toilette dans le lobby. Les lieux étaient propres et le personnel très courtois, mais tout était usé. Très bien situé bien sûr, c’est New York après tout.

We rented a family room and it was very spacious. Everything was great only issue is the elevators which do take sometime as it’s an older building. Definitely met our expectations and we would recommend it for families.
