The front staff employee Gloria was very friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and ready for us at 3pm. My kids loved the pool! I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was nice, the room was clean and quiet. I wished they had more options for food delivery. Maybe have a list of local restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. They did have a menu with 3 different types of cuisine, but I didn’t see the name of the restaurants. The food was okay, but it was a little expensive. Other than the food situation, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel in the future.

Stayed with family, very convenient to the Newyork attractions, and the breakfast is good, especially for kids, they will love with the options available. Its paid parking but safe and comfortable. After a week long trip, my children were looking forward to a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately it closed rather early at 9 PM and the hot tub was broken. The shuttle was helpful and got us to our airport terminal. Place was clean and comfortable otherwise.

If you arrive late, the hotel provides multiple delivery menus so you can order food. We got a pizza delivered at 11:30 PM, which was great as we had been traveling all day and were hungry.
