Check in was great and easy. When i returned to the room for the night, we had to bang on the window for the receptionist to let us in (she was sleeping). On a side note, the entire building is secured at night so no random people wandering halls. It is dated and could use a remodel.

First we were given a room that was already occupied. The new room only had 1 lamp so we had to get another one from staff. The free breakfast was a joke, & staff was rude when we asked if that was all they had

Not maintained well…. Bugs in room coming out at night. Was switched rooms because of smoke detectors beeping. ..low battery… rugs very dirty. The list could go on and on but why… just a waste of time.

Don’t stay here, it’s just not safe. The staff at the Denys right down the hill validated our suspicions and told us how bad it really was. Very very very sketchy place! The parking lot was full of people who didn’t seem to be up to any good.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. No matter the idsue they attended it the best they could. Room was clean. The downside is that we never somebody doing the housekeeping during the whole week we've stayed, they didnt had enough towels and when we arrive to the room we had to connect every appliance there. As a plus they have microwave, minifridge and it worked pretty well. Breakfast was only microwavable oatmeal and cereal bars and coffee. You get what you pay for.

Carpet had holes and was uneven. Bathroom door could not be shut. Toilet would run. Had to take off tank lid to fix everytime flushed. No usb ports......on ......and on.

This whole place needs to be renovated. The lobby hallway floor is stripped off leaving just the concrete, walls have holes cut out, the carpet is dirty, pand a side entry room is unfinished. Don’t seem like they are currently doing any construction and have been left like this. Spent 2 nights and the 1st night had no hot water. Would not recommend to stay unless they have fixed these issues.

Mattress was broken, room smelled of mildew, toilet overflowed and we had to fix/clean it ourselves, no hot water, couldn't get towels (left 2 in the room for 4 people), exterior security doors opened without key, breakfast was uncooked instant oatmeal with a gallon of warm milk next to it. Man at the counter was apologetic and nice.
