There were bed bugs, need I say more?

I paid for this room and online and when I got there 2 people were checking out. It was late at night so I inquired why and I was shown bites from BED BUGS. Needless to say, I left the property and took a hit to my pocket. Disgusting.

There was hair in between the sheets when we went to get in bed. Dust in the corners of the room. Towels were "clean" yet dirty. Room was not like picture, there was a nasty carpeted floor. Shower drain was plugged and water set in bottom of shower. This was the only room around, all other hotels were booked for that Saturday so there wasn't much of a choice.

Terrible, do not believe the photo's

Pros: Nothing
Cons: It should be shut down, and that is no joke.
Location: Army Transportation museum,Yorktown, all kinds of Historic sites, Busch gardens.
Arrived in room, Air, broken, television broken, floor sticky, grime everywhere, refrigerator was sad and not plugged in and probably for a good reason. The biggest issue besides the filth was the lack of air conditioning the weather was warm and very humid, so I called downstairs and said I would need to go and would like a refund, the lady got nasty with me and said I would have to call Expedia, so I did, the Customer service rep informs me it takes 5 days to process a refund, what? I gave the guy downstairs my card, I should be able to get a refund. Expedia tells me that he has talked to the clerk and he is a friend, so I go downstairs to receive my refund and he informs me he will give me the next two nights I booked back but for that night it was non- refundable and I needed to leave immediately, so he charged me over xx bucks for one hour in a room that is misrepresented on the travel sites, pool was covered up and overgrown with weeds, now go look at the pic. Expedia and this guy are "friends" so I did not get all my money back, and take what you see with a grain of salt, first time thie has happened to me, from now on I check the room before I pay.

Not a two star.

Chose this because there was nowhere else. It would of been cheaper to just show up. Floor was dirty, sheets were dirty, pillows were dirty, non-smoking room but cigarrette burns everywhere.

Unwelcoming front desk clerk behind bullet proof glass. Shower didn't turn on in the room, there were dead cockroaches all over, there was no toilet seat back cover, the sheets and pillow cases were stained. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Make a different choice.

When we arrived we were asked to pay an extra dollar per day even thought we already paid $50 per night online compare to $42 sign they had upfront. We were placed in the corner on the second floor with a leaky ceiling on the balcony outside the door. In our room fridge wasn't working, iron was missing. Toilet paper roll holder was missing. There were only 2 big towels even though room can fit 4 people. We stayed there 3 nights. Main ceiling light was working on and off and lived its own life maybe neigh on 2 minutes out of 10... Bed lights also didn't function or didn't function right. They didn't change our towels second night. It was pretty awful. The only reason we stayed because they didn't have any refunds and luckily no insects in the room. Sheets were sliding off the mattress and experienced was sad all together. We were to tired to argue... Don't go there please...

Not what I thought at all

Horrible! Said it was a no smoking room and room smelled like cigarettes. No wifi and no breakfast. Left the hotel in the morning to come back around 4 and rooms where still not clean. Asked for new bed sheets and the lady said that she didn't have any clean ones. The hotel was comfortable but everything smelled like cigarettes.

Ad was wrong

Pros: Location.
Cons: The picture of what this hotel advertises, is what needs to be done.
Location: Busch Gardens, Williamsburg
I had booked a non-smoking room. The picture from the ad showed a nice hardwood floor and clean furniture. We were given a smokers room (the smell was bad). The chair in the room had stains (of unknown origin) all over it. There was one chair. The carpet next to bed had sticky substance on it. I went down to report this. I was given a room next door. This room smelled better. The bed was nice. The one chair in the room still had unknown stains on it. The bathroom didn't have a towel bar, and on the wall looked like splatters of a red substance. I called for breakfast the next morning (as was advertised), and was told they do not have a breakfast. Very disappointed. Expedia, was alerted of the false advertisement. Expedia gave me a voucher for a new hotel.

Falsely advertise continental breakfast and incorrect checkout time posted on website. Iron was missing from room.
