Terrible, do not believe the photo's

Arrived in room, Air, broken, television broken, floor sticky, grime everywhere, refrigerator was sad and not plugged in and probably for a good reason.
The biggest issue besides the filth was the lack of air conditioning the weather was warm and very humid, so I called downstairs and said I would need to go and would like a refund, the lady got nasty with me and said I would have to call Expedia, so I did, the Customer service rep informs me it takes 5 days to process a refund, what? I gave the guy downstairs my card, I should be able to get a refund.
Expedia tells me that he has talked to the clerk and he is a friend, so I go downstairs to receive my refund and he informs me he will give me the next two nights I booked back but for that night it was non- refundable and I needed to leave immediately, so he charged me over xx bucks for one hour in a room that is misrepresented on the travel sites, pool was covered up and overgrown with weeds, now go look at the pic.
Expedia and this guy are "friends" so I did not get all my money back, and take what you see with a grain of salt, first time thie has happened to me, from now on I check the room before I pay.
