This property sits right across from the Niagara River and there are quite a few good restaurants in Lewiston. It's also a fairly short walk to Artpark, a great entertainment venue. The rooms were good (not great) with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is included and there is a small service bar.

Really cute place, but unfortunately my husband and I didn’t have the best experience due to some issues that should have been fixed prior to our arrival. When we arrived we put our bags in our room and then decided to explore the hotel and grounds. We had a drink at the hotel bar, which had a great bartender, Debbie I think was her name. We were in town for a concert, and when we got back to our room we realized the air conditioning wasn’t very cool and the deadbolt lock on the door wasn’t working. When I alerted the manager she had someone come look at both. The gentleman was very nice, was able to fix the lock, but admitted he was no HVAC technician, but he did what he could and found no issues. He cleaned the filters and looked at the pumps. Unfortunately this took time and were then ran late getting ready to go out for the concert and dinner, and we missed the first act, even though we wolfed down half of our dinner. After a fantastic show we returned to our room and realized everything we had stored in the mini fridge was warmer than when we put it in there a few hours earlier. Upon checkout the following morning we weren’t asked about our stay, but I mentioned the issues to the person at checkout, and she thanked us and made an odd comment that the mini refrigerators are “more like coolers” and that they don’t work like a refrigerator. She thanked us and said she would be sure everything was fixed for the next stay! The place has great potential.

This is my favorite property in Niagara area and I only stay here exclusively when I visit family. The staff here are amazing and very attentive. The free breakfast is very convenient and delicious. It is in village of Lewiston which is very walkable and safe. Excellent bar and food in lobby, but also close to variety of restaurants near by and of course ice cream. I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone staying in area.

We liked the location and views of the Niagara river. Restaurants were walkable and the downtown area of Lewiston was quaint.

This hotel has thin walls and ceilings that do not make for a pleasant stay. You feel like your neighbors are in your room with you because you can hear their talking plain as day, and you can hear all their footsteps too. The mattress was hard and lumpy, and the bathroom was old and had a yellowed shower curtain that was not at all appealing. Parking is sparse, so we ended up in the lower lot both nights. I would not recommend this place to anyone, nor would I stay again.

This hotel was super nice the staff we very friendly. The hotel itself was close to the river and the view was absolutely gorgeous. If you do stay at the Niagra Crossing Hotel, i highly recommend exploring Lewiston.

Nice location, quiet area. Parking could be improved as there is only a small strip in front of the hotel. If that is full then you have to park down in a lower level public lot which i very inconvenient if it is raining. Breakfast had limited option but there was always plenty. They do not change out your towels daily. Front desk lady at check in was very and accomodating.

Let's start with what was great, as there is so much! The property and building are stunning. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and inviting. The staff were all so nice! They were friendly even through some momentary system issues. Check in was easy even though I complicated it by adding an additional night on short notice. The room was amazing. We had a suite. It had a fireplace and was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a shower and a soaking tub. I loved the flooring! The location is perfect too! It is on the water and if you walk or drive up the street there are tons of restaurants and shopping. If you are a dessert lover, be sure to stop by the bakery! The variety is top tier and everything we bought tasted like heaven! The drive to Niagara Falls was less than 20 minutes and a shuttle to the falls picks up just down the road. The only downside was the parking and it was really not that bad. There are limited spots near the building so get there a little before check-in to get a close spot. If you arrive later or you leave and come back you will likely have to park in one of the close, neighboring lots. It is just a short walk so not too bad. Our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back and after strolling around the Lewiston neighborhood, this would be where we would want to live if we wanted to move to NY.

We absolutely are loving our stay here! Everything about it. Our room is beautiful and so clean. We can walk to Center Drive which is so picturesque. We walked down to the Silo this evening and had ice cream and enjoyed sitting there so close to the water. We love this little town. It’s so well kept and pretty! And the hotel and staff are awesome!!

Property appears old in some ways but was told it was built in 2008. Outside and lobby are beautiful but the bathroom looks like it was finished by someone who didn't know what they were doing. The area is very nice with some very good restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.
