When you book with Expedia you get your monies worth , but when you check in just make sure you request everything Expedia provided for you. We spent a day and a half before getting our bus passes and other things that come with your package. If you don't ask you wont get aleast on the Canadian side. Plus bring a credit card 💳. The American dollar wont be excepted. The view is overwhelming.

Marriott at Niagara Falls is a beautiful property near the falls and other eateries as well as Casino. The staff at check-in are courteous, friendly and helpful. Even with Marriott Bonvoy membership they charge for parking and without consent for Charity donation shows up on the bill. Overall it is a nice property and I recommend it.

This was in a perfect location but a lot of amenities were malfunctioning, ie air conditioning, lights, plumbing. Thankfully the toilet was working but we noticed a plunger in the hallway next door. We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper and pillows and it took forever for them to come. Finally they did by the third call

This hotel is the absolute last hotel on Fallsview Blvd, furthest from Murray St the main road to the falls. Though if you pay more for the falls view room, the view is pretty, its not worth the location. There is no way to walk down to the falls directly from the hotel. You have to walk all the way up Fallsview Blvd to Murray St or you can pay $13 per person to take an elevator down, which is still a 10min walk from the hotel. The hotel room itself was fine. There are only 3 main elevators and 1 of them was broken so you're waiting 20min for an elevator or you're taking the stairs. Our stay did include 2 WEGO bus passes but only good for 48hrs and we were there for 4 days.

Beautiful hotel. Located at the end of a street, allows this hotel to be nice and quiet away from all the craziness of the crowds. Walk right across the street to take the much needed free shuttle to attractions. Not a very friendly staff. The check in was just ok. Not telling us a whole lot of what is available. The Starbucks located in the lobby was rude and acted as if we were putting them out by ordering a tea. They acted this way all 5 times we visited. The bathtub had hair in it, and the shower was growing quite a bit of mold. But the room itself was clean. Great view of the falls and the fireworks each night.
