nice and clean, got to talk to one of the cleaning people and she was wonderful to talk to. she had been working there 7 years and very young and enjoyed working there. we have stayed a number of times but they are now charging for parking $15.00/day, a little extreme as you are parking and it was ...

Felt very pampered and relaxed during our stay. Favorite amenities the steam shower and fireplace. Within walking distance to the falls. Excellent restaurant and spa experience. Also loved breakfast in bed. Would have preferred parking included.

Reception staff are rude, we were treated like cattle.
We wanted bottles of water but room service never answered our call. We called twice. Minus the staff availability, it was a nice experience.

The water park was closed due to the hotel not selling out of rooms. Unfortunate as we had our 2 kids who wanted to attend the park. The whole reason why we chose to stay here.

I've had 2 wonderful experiences in this hotel in the past 2 years, while visiting family in St. Catharine's. The rooms are charming, clean and beautiful. Staff are very accommodating and the atmosphere is peaceful.

Great location. spacious, clean and comfortable space- would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend retreat !
Room is clean and everyone is friendly. Different pillows needed in the room. Unable to sleep with the type of pillow provided.
This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I like it because it's unique - although it's only 13 years old - it's historic design, large open spaces, large rooms, wooden beams and floors, and located right on the Niagara River is very cool! The breakfast was continental basic - the only hot item was waffles ...

great facility with all you can dream about as far as spa, service, pleasurable indoor and outdoor pools, gardens, amazing restaurant with great food. I am definitely coming back with my family
Rooms were ok warm heavy blankets. Not too clean in the bathrooms. But 7 mins from the actual falls area by car so convenient. 30 mins from the NY outlet malls. has a restaurant and bar attached but pricey. water park and game room on-site. Get Canadian money or you will be broke.

friendly staff counl`dt do enogh the only thing which let it down was plastic cutley and plastic plates .
Only stayed for one night. The beds were a little harder than I would like but that is a preference thing. It is conveniently located right next to a shopping center and a major highway. Deserves a solid 4 in my book.
Good experience for the price. Location was amazing. Room lacking: - mini fridge - TV was poor quality and stations were poor
the room was large, we had everything we needed including a microwave. this is a great location.

Had a great little weekend getaway here. Hotel staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room was really spacious and clean although the bathroom floor had a little bit of a pee stain by the toilet bowl. Other then that everything was perfect. The location was really nice as well.

Excellent location close to casino and Clifton hill. Hot tub was too cold and ice machine broken. Beds were comfortable enough and it was overall good for the price we paid.
Our time at Niagara on the Lake was truly marvellous. The Prince of Wales was the highlight of the trip. Most noted was afternoon tea in the elegant salon and the extra soft bedding in our rooms.
