Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views, enormous terrace and communal pool
Exceptional apartment with stunning views of the Mediterranean from spacious (30 square metre) terrace, situated in one of Vence's premier gated Residences. One bedroom, sleeps 2/3 (with large king size bed in the bedroom and comfortable single pull-out bed in the living room). Features are beautiful views to the coast from the terrace, living areas and bedroom, walk-in shower, large communal swimming pool (20x10m), air conditioning, WiFi, UK Freeview, widescreen HD TV, safe, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine/dishwasher/microwave), private lock-up garage. A short walk/bike ride from the centre of the beautiful old town of Vence with its many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Also a 20 minutes drive to the beach and the up-market Polygone Riviera and Cap 3000 shopping malls. Room charge includes end of stay cleaning (provided apartment left in reasonably clean and tidy state) as well as weekly clean for stays of two weeks and longer, linen and towels. Apartment is light and airy, being south facing, and accessed without stairs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any bookings with children under the age of 14 years.

Beautiful view & lovely home
The home was comfortable & the view from the balcony was amazing. This is a beautiful part of the world & this condo gave us a home base from which to enjoy it. We had a little communication snafu about the code to enter the gated community but the property owner got back to us very quickly even though she was out of the country. There was some unfinished repair work going on but the owner communicated that to us ahead of time and offered us options.
The owner was very thoughtful about visitors’ need. There was an umbrella & beach supplies & walking poles for walking the hills of Vence. There’s even a garage for a small car. Our stay was very pleasant & we would return.

A nice apartment
We enjoyed our stay in Vence. The apartment is a good size and well equipped with everything you would need. The pool was lovely especially as the weather was so hot. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and take in the beautiful view. We felt there needed to be an air conditioner in the bedroom as only the lounge had an air conditioner which wasn’t strong enough to cool the whole apartment. The bedroom had a fan but it was still to hot for us. Also be careful if you go on the balcony not to close the door behind you as you will get locked out there!

We had a very lovely stay here in Vence and the apartment was perfect. Large terrace with beautiful views over to the sea. Walking into Vence in the evening for a meal was perfect at the end of the day. We loved the area and the incredibly pretty hilltop towns. A very relaxing two weeks at the beginning of summer. Stay in Vence
The property was beautifully set near Vence with spectacular views of the surrounding area and the sea. Sunrises were exquisite. It's an ideal base for 2 people to visit the surrounding hill towns. A car is a must as it is quite hilly and walking could be difficult. There is a private garage for parking. It felt very safe and was very quiet for sleeping. There are no stairs/steps and that is important for my wife. A very nice choice.

A bright and airy apartment in a good gated community. Well resourced apartment.
We thoroughly enjoyed a great holiday in Vence. The apartment was well resourced, felt roomy and comfortable. There are great views from the balcony to Villneuve Loubet and the Mediterranean Sea. Nowhere is too far to travel. We enjoyed trips to Grasse and the Fragonard perfume shop and museum. Haute Cagne is well worth a visit as is the Renoir Chateau. A fun trip was made to Fernand Leger gallery. Antibes was one of our favourite destinations, worth a visit in the evening for a lovely wander and dinner. Cagne sur Mer is well worth an early morning trip - take a brolly and deckchair, have a swim, walk along the promenade finished by a coffee at a little cafe.
Don’t forget Vence itself: a wonderful town to buy great fresh vegetables, fruit and seafood amongst lots of yummy fresh foods.
Finally the owners of the apartment are very supportive, offering friendly, helpful and good advice on ho w to best enjoy your holiday. We hope to be back in Vence in the near future.
