It is 90 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it comprises:
- two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed, a child's bed, a cot and a bunk bed;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom;
- a living room for relaxing after a day's outing.

The following facilities are at your disposal: air conditioning, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Heater, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, Balcony, etc.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
Between olive trees and vineyards lie the districts of Caucade, Fabron and Archet which are located in the western part of the city of Nice. Starting from the seaside and climbing up the hill by the avenue de Fabron, they are mainly composed of exceptional villas and modern residences. You will also find all types of local shops accessible both by foot and by car from the top of the hills. Ideally located, you will be only 15 minutes away from Nice city center, 15 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from Monaco! An immersion between land and sea guaranteed!

Great flat with lousy bathroom

Loved the location and sea views. The building was charming and the neighborhood accommodating. The only issues were the absence of a shower (just a hand-sprayer in a tub), and a damaged bed, causing one of our party to literally fall out of bed while sleeping.
