La casa de estilo loft tiene una enorme sala de estar abierta de planta abierta que incluye una cocina italiana de diseño y enormes ventanas de vidrio que dan al patio y al área de jacuzzi interior con techo de vidrio. El aire acondicionado y el control de la humedad de última generación están instalados en todas partes, con iluminación ambiental. Todas las habitaciones disponen de baño con ducha y / o bañera. Vi är förvånade att huset har fått så högt betyg som det marknadsförs på uthyrnings-plattformarna. Huset har bra placering nära bagerier, affärer och restauranger. Det var också bekvämt med tillhörande parkering utanför dörren. Men där är ett antal faktorer som talar emot ett högre betyg än ”godkänt” (3): 1\. Huset marknadsförs med faciliteter som inte finns (BBQ, utsikt mot trädgård etc) 2\. Huset är mycket knapphändigt möblerat. Knappt några soffbord eller avlastningsbord. 3\. Belysningen i huset är riktigt dålig. Ett kaos av spotlights, som antingen inte fungerar eller blinkar. Utöver det är styrningen av lamporna via brytarna ologisk och rent av uselt planerad. 4\. Huset var troligen fint för 15 år sedan. Idag är det i behov av renovering. Vi summerar kvaliteten på boendet till ett medelbetyg. Varken mer eller mindre. Värden var bra, tillgänglig och vänlig genom hela resan. Vår familj har hyrt boenden under semestrar de senaste 30 åren nu, runt om i världen. Detta boende är bra, men inte mer än så. Would be good to have doors separating it from the main room as the smell of the chemicals was pretty overpowering. There isn’t a beach view. Alexandra was welcoming and helpful. There were a couple of minor issues, light above the main bedroom sink not working and a couple of the loos cisterns were overflowing which was annoying in the main bedroom as it was going all night. There are lots of bakeries, restaurants etc nearby. It is gated so very secure. There were plenty of room for the 6 of us. The accommodation could sleep 10 comfortably though there are only 6 large plates! The jacuzzi was a bonus too. The master bedroom has no curtains/blinds so is a bit exposed to light and privacy could be an issue as another bedroom looks into it. The WiFi was a problem throughout our stay as it worked sporadically the 1st 3 days and not at all the last 2\. The hostess was very approachable and kept in touch. If you are sharing a room be prepared for no toilet doors as each bathroom area opens directly onto the bedroom. It suited the 6 of us very well though. We loved our stay in Nice. Modern verbouwd met een heerlijke hottub met eigen doucheruimte. Alle kamers hebben een eigen bad of douche wat ook erg prettig is. Het warme water is niet echt warm in sommige douches en er bleven een paar toiletten "lopen" waardoor er een constant water of afvoer geluid te horen was. Dit heeft de pret niet kunnen drukken maar is wel echt een verbeter puntje. Kinderen vonden het er heerlijk vertoeven. The courtyard is calm, although we could sometimes hear children playing in it—a nice sound not bothersome. There is lots of open space in the house and it accommodated our group of 9 easily. The dining room table accommodated us and our visiting in-laws. The kids loved having the beaches—both public and private—near by. We found a good Thai and Italian neighborhood restaurants . May 2025 Five of us stayed in this house in May 2025\. It was in a great location for us-1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to two grocery stores, 10 min walk to lots of restraints and shopping, 15 min walk to the train at Nice-Ville. Issues included running out of hot water after showers and an ant problem in the kitchen thar lasted the entire stay. It would have been nice to know ahead of time about the ants so that upfront we were more cautious with food or provide sealable contains. Huge safety problem in all but one bathroom.Plus, totally broken fixture in one shower. Electric eye on exterior door inoperative. We supplied our own flashlights for safe entry.Sofa leg broken, propped up with books. Warned to be careful using microwave--could blow the circuits. Loose staircase handles. Property manager tried to be responsive. Brought in electrician to remedy bathroom lighting problems.Clearly substantive repairs needed throughout. Positives: comfortable beds, community space, water pressure, towels. Landlord irresponsible. VRBO's quality control inadequate. At a minimum we would appreciate an apology. Here’s a review based on your input: The property was very clean and comfortable, with good beds and towels. However, there were a few safety and maintenance concerns. The outdoor lighting was insufficient, making it very slippery and dangerous in the rain and dark. In addition, the handle in the twin room shower was broken, so we had to use the other showers instead. Fixing these issues would significantly improve the experience. ##### viktoria l. Five generations came together. It was a nice neighborhood, not too touristy but within a 15 minute walk of everything you could ask for there was A neighborhood bar Le Truc that was next to our house every night on the way home after dinner we would stop in for a nightcap . Michael, the owner of the bar always made us feel so well It was full of French English American and everybody was made to feel welcome. The space in the house was great and the layout of the rooms worked perfectly with us. The check in process was excellent with great communicate from Alexandra, who was great help during our stay. Upstairs shower in one of our bedrooms that didn't work well... so our kids had to shower in our bathroom. Power went out 1 night due to using the Washer/Dryer and probably having the air-conditioning it.
