### Bright house with large terrace in La Roche-Bernard

Stay in the Gulf of Morbihan and join Roche-Bernard, a characterful town nestled at the foot of the beautiful Vilaine. This charming villa for 4 to 6 people welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. It perfectly combines comfort and modernity. Along the water, discover numerous water activities to enjoy: sailing, canoeing, stand-up paddle, electric boat rental and many others.   
  
Welcoming 145 m² house fully equipped in La Roche-Bernard can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.   
  
It has 3 bedrooms: A large ground floor bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bay window overlooking the terrace. A second with a double bed, accessible by the stairs (quite steep). As well as a last bedroom with a single bed and a small view of the Vilaine.   
  
Architect-designed house from 2020, it has a large living room overlooking its enclosed garden equipped with a gas plancha.   
  
Just like the small living dining room which offers you access to the patio, the fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hobs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker...) promises you access to the terrace under pergola and patio.   
  
A parking with 2 spaces is available in front of the house, very useful for walking days on Thursday.   
  
We recommend reversing, which will allow you to leave more easily. Added bonus, the owners have made an external socket available for electric vehicles. Finally, children can enjoy a high-end basketball hoop, a football and racket games.   
  
The table football in the photos is no longer in the accommodation.

Très belle et agréable maison, proche du centre de ville de La Roche Bernhard, sa nature, ses magasins et restaurants. Pas loin de la mer ou le parc de Brière. Le jardin est idéal et bien équipé, même avec ces jours chauds.. Maison à recommander si on veut explorer les environs de La Roche.
