Elegant and modern. Easy to walk to everything. Pools amazing. Outside bar and service fun. Quiet setting so very enjoyable. Staff accomodating and friendly. Beach permits in process so no private beach yet. We accessed public beach thru tunnel was fun and easy. Nightly happy hour with free drink tickets. Breakfast included was delicious.

I really liked that it was new and that it had a great pool. I didn’t like that when we checked in and got to room it was 80 degrees in room. We responded to the desk and they said they would send a technician. It was taking a long time and when we called desk there was no answer. We then dialed operator and there wasn’t an answer. We went back down to desk and they sent someone. He checked and deemed it faulty and they couldn’t fix it. We then were moved at midnight to another room. It unfortunately was a room that had a pool view on a lower floor. Our original room had an ocean view on second floor.

Upon arrival learned about soft opening, limited staffing, no beach, spa, or casino, which are typical amenities when staying at a Hilton resort. Had to change room three times and had issues with each room.

Everything was almost perfect. The food was a bit subpar and the hot tub was not “hot”. Everything else was wonderful. Cristian at the front desk was amazing.
