The property was quiet and relaxing.If you wanted night life a ton of restraunts,shops,etc,it was a short stroll up the main sidewalked street-about 10-20 min.walk, .The pool was immaculate.There was a fella named Jorge who went out of his way to make us feel like family!He was equally kind and outgoing to all of the guests. He had a fun sense of humor, and my whole family looked forward to seeing him and talking with him daily. He truly made our vacation extra special! He also is very much a part of our decision to return! The beach tunnel was under construction, and the beach right across the street was a bit rocky. However we were pleased with the beaches just next to it, just a short walk down the walking path/sidewalk in either direction. The Fitness center was small but worked out for us pretty well. The breakfast was phenomenal! We liked the snacks and drinks in the eve(especially the strawberry lemonade, as we are not drinkers). We also loved the gigantic pristine pool and how it is lit up at night.We appreciated the ease of getting fresh towels and lounge chairs.The room was great also.Overall i would rate the hotel with top honors!The kind gentleman who let us use the bike rentals and a friendly young fellow at the pool: both named John(Zhan) Mark,we thought highly of.We appreciated the free 2 hr bike rentals, as it was influential in deciding on this hotel.TY so much Zhan Mark!Thank you to your security &entire staff!

The water in the shower was room temperature and wouldn't get hot during our stay. The excursion rep never booked our taxi to the excursion and we almost missed it. Another guest said they did the same thing to her. Housekeeping didn't replenish toilet tissue or shower mat. I had to take a toilet tissue roll from the bathroom by the gym. Very nice hotel and staff. Random note: while at the pool one night, we saw a shooting star! It was wild!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great option for families. Big pool area with enough seating. Pool activities were fun! Beach area is rocky but Eagle Beach is not a far walk. Breakfast buffet was great with different options. Afternoon drinks and appetizers were a nice surprise.

This hotel is perfect for a family of 5 because it offers many included amenities, such as breakfast, cocktail hour, free towels and parking. Eagle Beach is across the street and I found it to be Rocky; Palm Beach is much nicer. Definitely go out and explore the beautiful island. Hotel is in a quiet area but a quick ride down to the high rises and it comes alive!! Love Aruba!!

Having a private beach is a big perk and the beach was nice with several sandy areas. Enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. Easy 15 minute walk to restaurants.

This is the only embassy suites ive been to you have to get tickets for in order to have happy . Everywhere else you judtbgo to bar n get however many drinks during the allotted time. Also snack selection was the worse from other locations as well. Also drinks were watered down unlike other places. Check in was crazy and not ready. Come to find out thats a common complaint. Gift shop is pricey, but as expected. Oh! The whole key needed for elevator is the most rediculous thing ever!! And no one at check in tells you any instructions and it takes forever to figure how to make it to your room. No instructions about anything given at check in. I didnt know a gym was there until the day before it was time for me to leave. Maid services DONT GET ME STARTED! Half time they dont come and always late in afternoon and then dont clean justt replaces towels. Breakfast was ok but sometimes those pastries and breads were stale. Overallthats just the negative. The pool hours are amazing however it needs shade at least on half the pool, the sun is relentless. The hot tub was a decent size as well. The concierge service was great !!!! Overall id still go back.

No friendly greeting for All STAFF except the pool hut activities guy… from morning to night no One ever greets you a warm welcome morning or evening absolutely disappointed. I have traveled for years to Aruba but non friendly customer service which should only be warm enough to make you return Not at the Embassy Suites. I have been coming alone with myself and my husband for years until our children. Now that our children are older I expected the same ambience and personality of a friendly warm welcome that never happened.
