Direct access to the patrolled North Avoca beach. Linen for beds and kitchen will be provided. Guests to bring their own beach, bath and hand towels as towels will not be provided. No pets allowed. This peaceful and private property is the perfect spot for a quiet, laid back lifestyle. Beautiful lush lawns flank the house front and back. There are three bedrooms - one queen bed with ocean views, one king bed, and a third bedroom with three single beds and with a leafy outlook over the front lawn. A shared bathroom with shower and a separate toilet are located on the main level. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is located adjacent to the laundry downstairs.
