“This apartment was wonderful - clean, well stocked, and cute. Aside from the proximity to the train tracks (although earplugs were thoughtfully provided), the location was great - close to the highway and more importantly Dairy Queen.”

“Very clean and comfortable with easy communication with host I recommend this unit to all who want to visit Wallingford or who desire to take the train to ny or Boston etc”

“Good stay. Great experience”

“Clean & comfortable, in an architecturally unique setting. Great proximity to a variety of downtown shops & restaurants - check out Center Street Brewing Co. for some excellent beer.”

“Host was very responsive, responding within minutes to my messages and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Great location. Easy access to Yale. Clean comfortable accommodation!”

“This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge. On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area.”

“Needed a decent sleep before driving early next day and got just that. The bed was comfy and the AC kept things cool despite the heat outside.”

“On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you……

“Great apartment. Clean, quiet and in a great walkable neighborhood. It was a bit pricey but we knew that going in.”

“This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Felt like coming home. Moved out of state 20 yrs ago. ”

“Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!”

“Great place - wish we had more than one night. ”

“The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome. The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed.”

“Didn't go to a winery.Chris's was a perfect spot for me... For a Steelers fan. ”

“Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!”
