“We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. ”

“We had a lovely stay, everything was great and very good communication from the host.”

“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”

“Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”

My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half……

“Great location. Lovely views. Free parking. Comfortable accommodation. Clear details. Great for walking. Great for buses. Great for trains.”

“The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell. Aside from this, the barn is beautifully presented with many thoughtful details. The automated wooden gates provide access to private and ample parking, and the property is surrounded by open fields. Just outside the cottage there is a wooden table positioned to take in the……

“Excellent value, ideal location so close to sea front and so close to all amenities in paignton, best stay.”
