The beds are listed as queen but they actually are full size(i have qeen at home and its bigger). The rude man at office counter was unwillingly to accommodate us. We ask for a room closer to the office but he refused and put us all the wat at the end of secdond floor. Very rude.

This place was absolutely disgusting! The booked us in a smoking room which I’m pretty sure is not legal in CT. There was mold on the bathroom door and bugs in the room. We did not end up staying in room and Expedia would not refund money! Terrible experience

This is a 2 level motel with outside entry doors. I stayed over 1 night and found it to be an easy fast check in. Room was clean. A/C worked great! Bathroom/tub shower was very clean and that made me feel better about showering there. Water pressure very good. Mystic pizza 2 is close by and if you like outlet shopping or a casino experience they are all within a 10 minute drive. Price point was decent for this location. 👍😊

Have stayed here many times. Staff is always friendly. Rooms are decent and prices usually very reasonable. My usual go to place close to foxwoods. 5 or 10 minutes down the road.

The front desk clerk was courteous and checked us in quickly. Our first floor room was very acceptable- I was a little nervous because some comments were not positive. All was clean. Room did not have any evidence of prior smoker. Breakfast included. Reasonable rate for the area.

The motel was very clean and updated, also in a quiet area and it fit our tight budget for this trip. Close access to I-95. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The free continental breakfast does not include protein items but there is an inexpensive place to eat down the street called Jake's. The motel is a few miles away from the Indian casino Foxwoods, and includes a huge mall, with many eateries, and a Tanger outlet mall as part of the huge complex.

I called the day before and spoke to a male named Dom who answered the phone. I asked him is the hotel pet friendly? Dom states go find another place to stay. Instead of politely saying saying, No it is not a pet frie dly hotel. He was rude and obnoxious over the phone. He also stated we will see when you check in. As a person who works with thousands of people and hundreds of employees as a Supervisor for the MTA in NY, this person should not be answering the phones or placed anywhere working with the General public. He is a ticking time bomb and a liability to the company.

Amazing had a great time close to casino, shuttle pretty much ran till 2:30 am till club closes. Perfect if you want the casino experience without the price of a casino hotel.
