The room needs updated but it was very clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very small but the sheets and bed comfort was clean. We only stay one night, and it was very convenient to get to the foxwood show. You can park right in front of your room, making parking very convenient. They offer breakfast but go early, it is busy.

Room was very clean & no bugs. Bed sagged in the middle. Worst part was the room smelled like strong air freshener masking stale cigarette smell. It was a non-smoking room but must have allowed smoking in the past.

The convenience was attracted me to this hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms clean. We did not eat the breakfast, but were happy to have it available. I would stay here again.

Gross Smell! Cigarettes smell in a non smoking room! The smell is so bad we want to leave but feel like if we say something it won’t matter. We are only staying one night but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! Beyond the smell, NOT an 8/10, more like a 5/10. Wallpaper peeling, carpet gross, and corner cobwebs with spiders.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was not a good experience. From the moment we walked into the room, we noticed a strong, musty smell that never went away. The room felt damp, and there were clear signs of moisture and even some mold on the walls and ceiling. It didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. The air conditioning was barely working — it made noise but didn’t cool the room properly, which was a big problem given the heat and humidity. We couldn’t sleep well because the room was hot and stuffy and stinky. On top of that, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had hair and stains, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh. It seemed like no real effort was made to prepare the room for guests. When we arrived,the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. We expected much better for the price. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and we definitely won’t be coming back.

The property was well lit, very safe, and a very nice area. Bed are uncomfortable. And the toliets do not flush right. Rooms are damp. Its and older hotel but it waa extremely clean.

The Hilltop was an okay stay. It wasnt bad rooms for the price in this area. If you used a booking service. I would not pay full price for these rooms. It was very clean, and most of the staff was friendly. The rooms were older and beds were not the most comfortable. The door on one of rooms dodnt work well. Keep in mind when staying here the rooms are damp. Everything felt moist. The first room we rented had a very bad mildew smell in. The ceiling looked liked it had a few soft spots in it. When I went to the clerk he offered some spray to cover up the smell. When I said it wasnt going to cut it. They gave me a differnt room. The deluxe continental breakfast is a bit of a stretch. It was waffles, stale breads/pastries, and cereals. The area was extremely safe, clean and quite. I woud consider saying here again for the discounted price.
