“Friendly staff”

“Either Expedia or the establishment is misrepresentating what is actually there. On the site they claim that there is a shared kitchen. No such thing. I paid an additional$350 for an upgrade. Large rooms, larger balcony with a view. I got nothing like this. I got an average room with an oversize bed smashed up against the wall and a very small balcony on the ground floor with room for only 1 chair. I wasted all that extra money on the upgrade and I got nothing. I complained to the staff, but got……

“Great place”

“Very clean comfortable Excelent view”

“What I liked most about my stay was definitely the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. The wonderful service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!”

“A 5 star Hotel..Great service at the front desk .Great reception. The bar and restaurant. Room service expecional...the staff is attentive and helpful ..Great breakfast. It's a beautiful place”

“Very helpful, cheerful staff, updated amenities, excellent breakfast every day, perfect location”
