“When we went to check in they only had one of the rooms we booked. My brother got a room with two twin beds. The TV's in both rooms didn't work. Both of the rooms were obviously smoked in and they smelled terrible. The door on my fridge was rusty. We saw the rooms at 8pm. We couldn't switch hotels so we stayed the night. They did try to fix the TV's but nothing worked. In the morning we told them we couldn't stay the second night. We asked for a partial refund. He said to go through Expedia.……

“It was a place to sleep, Not much to write home about. Obviously not stayed in much, very musty and not as clean as it should be.”

“The pics absolutely do not do this house justice. It was spotless, so comfortable, stocked like a five star hotel, and situated in a quiet corner of a well kept lovely neighborhood. We make many trips to this part of Ohio to visit our grandson and have always stayed in Sandusky. However after finding this little gem I think Norwalk will be our new home away from home.”
