"Arrived in the evening for check-in; staff was very kind and attentive, knowing enough English to help English speaking guests. The room itself had some wear and tear, but overall was clean. The onsen bathhouse was simple, but very nice and relaxing. Right across from the train staton, which is really convenient. "

"The staff and hotel in general was great for my family. The room was a little dusty but still clean enough. The dinner was a bit overpriced but was slightly above average. Definitely convenient access to the theme park. Will try to come again in the future. My kids really enjoyed their stay and that’s all that matters. "

"The room itself was vey luxurious and spacious. The shower room was massive and the jetted tub was the largest we ever had in any hotel room. The staff were friendly. We stayed 2 nights and had our room cleaned after the 1st night. There were supplied toiletires that were provided but the cleaning staff threw them out and didn't replace them. We traveled with 3 people but they only left 2 towels. The bed was so hard that we woke up with sore backs. "
