“Staff and amenities were amazing. Great location and plenty to do and see.”

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“住宿體驗很好 飯店服務人員態度極為親切。但是在飯店的餐廳點了米飯不熟的壽司。跟餐廳反應時 只得到“主廚是都是這樣煮的，沒有問題”。 很遺憾 得不到適當的處理”

“フライトの関係で夜中に着いたが、親切に迎えてくれた。エキストラベッドが設置されていなくてお願いしたら、夜中なのにすぐに対応してくれた。チェックアウトも延長してくれて、とてもいいサービスを受けた。”
