“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room.
2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.”

“周辺はビジネス街なので、夕方以降は店が閉まっているし、人があまり歩いていない。レストランも営業日を確認しないと夜は閉まっている店が多い。しかし、なんと言っても場所が便利です。バスターミナル、フェリー乗り場、銀行、スーパー、朝市など徒歩圏内で約５分で行けます。スタッフの方は皆さん親切でした。余談ですが、徒歩、２分くらいで行ける。The Villageの中にブルワリービールが飲める店がありました。滞在中に気に入って何度か通いました。”
