“Very nice staying here!”

“I booked room for 4 but i got room meant for 2 people. I had to sleep on the couch. Horrible”

“We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. In the room descriptions it said we would get a bottle of sparkling wine, but we didn’t get that either. I opened the drawers under the bed……

“Staff members were very nice and helpful, breakfasts were yummy every morning and the kitchen staff were always friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our time in this place. The hotel was very close to the bus station and the was a plus too 👍”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Akrotiri. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home—they treated me like part of the family. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh, high-quality local products. Yesterday, I was also pleasantly surprised with a lovely little gift of local olive oil and natural honey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I felt genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and happy during my stay at this hotel. I am……

“Beautiful hotel in a prime location with an excellent view.”

“The pool was excellent. Bar & restaurant on site. Great location with parking.”

“Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home.”

“The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.”

“新的房子，房间大，床不大，建议换个大床。”

“This is a super nice hotel. The room is clean and bright. The towels are good to use. Nice sunset view from the balcony. Super helpful staffs. A MUST hotel for our trip to Chania.”

“位置和景觀絕佳，可飽覽整個港灣；服務人員親切且給予很多幫助和建議；早餐精緻美味，還可以在頂樓享用；是我們在克里特最棒的住宿體驗，回味無窮”

“Very nice boutique hotel. Definitely worth and will come back.”
