Location: in via del Conero, just 200 meters from the beach and via Litoranea. The town center and all the major services offered, such as restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk.

Description: first floor of a small residential complex. Entrance to living room with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette with washing machine – bedroom with double bed – bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning.

Parking space inside the condominium. Pets not allowed.
