Friendly staff, clean Would stay again if going to the port

Staff were friendly, room was clean enough, some maintenance missing though but it was fine for the price paid.

Wonderful and helpful the people that works at the front desk.

We loved the location from where we could walk to Sagrada Familia, Picasso Museum, Joan Miro Centre and Montjuic. We also walked to the seafront where we had delicious tapas. This was a lot of walking , some might prefer to use the public transport. The staff at the hotel were so helpful. Room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable. It was very easy to find tapas , bars , coffee , restaurants near by.

A either did not work or I did not know how to use it. The bathtub was a little dirty when we checked in. Everything else was great and the young lady who checked is in was extremely helpful.
