The property looks bad from the outside but it is quiet nice and cozy inside the parking was extraordinarily expensive the front desk is not very well informed about the ferry line schedules and there is no print out of schedules

The location of this place is perfect. It’s less than a 10 min walk from the ferry station. The downside is the walls are paper thin and we were unfortunate to have extremely loud, drunk and obnoxious young kids next us. They kept us up all night with sounds like they were destroying the room. Make sure you ask for an upstairs room on the end to help avoid this.

The location was a 5 minute walk from the High Speed Ferry from RI. Seating on the front porch in the evening and having coffee in the morning on the front porch was the hight light of the trip. Loved the music they played also. Very cool ambience.

Definitely pay for parking if you have your own vehicle or a rental! This made my entire trip easier. Everyone was kind, the room was extremely clean, I LOVED the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and the location was perfect. I could walk to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and was only a few mins from other sites I wanted to see. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great location, super friendly staff. Only downside was how difficult parking was, but if you're just walking on the ferry it's no problem.

The property itself was decent and had some good amenities. Was not a fan of children running up and down the halls stomping around at all hours of the night though, and since the hotel is in an old building you hear a lot. The staff were very friendly and the only issue I have is that I booked it through Expedia and they also charged my credit card for the full amount so I now have to chase down a refund from one of the two. It’s a great staging spot if you want to stay in the oak bluffs area. If you’re looking for something a little more tranquil I’d probably leave that town altogether.

Wonderful place to stay century located on the island. Walking distance from beaches, restaurants, and shopping made it very convenient. The only complaint and it’s not really a complaint. Just a suggestion is the bathrooms. Do not have any sort of vanity or shelving to hold any of your items which makes it difficult. Other than that, we loved our stay!

It was a pretty property, the bathroom is small, especially for the price of the room, and my daughter felt like the staff wasn’t overly friendly. But that could be we are from the south and we do FRIENDLY 😂 everyone who worked on the island seemed to be from another country, France, Russia, Ukraine, Jamaica, etc, which could explain the friendliness problem.

The venue is warm and inviting and the porches are beautiful. We had several bags and the elevator didn't work either time (arriving and departing) so that was frustrating. I had booked a room for three adults and the third person was unable to join - there is NO WAY that room should be listed as one that accommodates three people because it's very very small for two people. The canteen area is pretty limited, but the coffee in the other building is fantastic. The view is very pretty and the hotel is perfectly situated such that you don't have to have a car to get from the ferry to the hotel and it's in the middle of the town.
