“Gesamteindruck war sehr gut, aber es gab Startschwierigkeiten... bei Ankunft am Anreiestag standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen ( es war 18:00 Uhr ) obwohl Check In bis 22 Uhr möglich ist. Ohne vorheriger Bekanntgabe war der Check in nur bis 17 Uhr möglich. Nach einen Telefonat bekamen wir den Safe Code für die Zimmerkarte. Es wäre sehr nett gewesen vorab die Info zu erhalten, das der Check In nur bis 17 Uhr möglich ist bzw. eine Mail bzgl des Safe Codes um selbsz einchecken zu können.”

“We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am.
