Tried calling the front desk about a problem and no one ever answered. So I went downstairs and the front desk clerk was sitting over in the breakfast area and claimed she never heard the phone ring.

I like this hotel due to the closeness to my daughter's home. This hotel is the nicest one in the area which is the reason we stay. Both times staying the noise is extremely loud on the back side of the property facing an area that must have a car club in the shopping center next door. Both times, the noise is so loud that the music shakes the building. Also, the WIFI wasn't working either days. The tub would fill up soon after the shower began.
