It is a pretty good walk from the house to the beach, but there is interesting wildlife along the way (doe and fawn, eagle). Bring your bug spray for the many mosquitoes, especially on the front deck. The cabin is tucked away in a quieter street, so we appreciated that as well. Loved the walk to the beach, and the shops!"
