“We had a room right on main street. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the property was clean. Our room didn’t have good ventilation and ended up getting so hot we had trouble sleeping. The fan was broken in the bathroom and it got very hot and humid after a shower. The room was very minimal with basic amenities so not sure it was worth the steep price we paid for one night during the annual kite festival.”

“Beautiful place to stay! The staff are usually really nice, but the new blonde girl needs some customer service training. She doesn’t have a friendly demeanor at all. She had a snarky attitude when I was asking questions and even talked over me when the manager came over to find out what was going on. That was not fun. Overall, though, it was a great trip!”
