You enter to a large open kitchen and family space with a dining area, desk, and seating in front of the cable tv. There is access to a balcony overlooking Washington Blvd, a great place to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets.

A wide hallway leads past the full second bath with a tub/shower and single modern vanity. You will find the entrance to the second bedroom on your right, it features a bunk bed and a queen bed with soft linens and memory foam mattresses. A full closet provides all the storage you will need for your stay.

The master suite is the last stop, a king bed with luxurious bedding is ready and waiting. Relax in front of the tv, lay in bed and look at the stars through the skylight, or just slip away to sleep. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity is attached as well as a walk-in closet. You will also find a stacked washer and dryer in it’s own closet adjacent to the bathroom.

This loft is a mix of old and new, 100+ year old wood floors, brick walls, and wood ceiling. Gently highlighted with track lighting, new heating and cooling, a modern granite kitchen, tile floors in the bathrooms with sleek glass shower enclosures, and simple furnishings.
