“I left the hotel and returned three different times. Each time I passed the front desk, there was no staff present. The carpet throughout the hallway was taped down instead of replaced. Just my opening the fitness center's door wide enough to look in, I could smell nothing but mildew and the only treadmill was not working per the note on it. I saw hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The television remote left my hands feeling sticky after the only time I touched it.”
