“Cozy condo on the beach. Well stocked and perfect for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Mini fridge in the dining room was nice. Washer and dryer inside the condo with detergent and softener to do laundry was a huge plus. Bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and toilet paper. Beach chairs were a nice surprise. Grill was clean and propane was provided which was great for burgers. Condo was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The place was absolutely amazing! It had everything in the kitchen for meals, no need to bring blankets, pillows, beach chairs. Everything was provided. I went down with my granddaughter. We go down to that area every year, and we will definitely will be back at this place. Beach access was down the stairs and a couple steps to the right. She went down to the beach, and I stayed on the balcony and watched the ocean. Any questions we had on the property were immediately answered.”

“The location can’t be beat. It is on the ground level on a front facing building, so nothing between you and the dunes. Also because it’s a corner unit, the patio offers complete privacy. Comfortable bed/linens. Well equipped kitchen. The carpet is a little beat. Nice to have a washer and dryer with detergent available. No restaurant on site but plenty of things nearby.”

“overall the condo was wonderful. it would be nice to have bath mats when you step out of the shower. also it was so nice to have access to a grill - we found the grill tools but not a grill brush to clean it. ”

“Very clean and safe. Fast access to amazing beach. Excellent accommodations. Basic cooking utensils, salt, pepper, mayo, olive oil etc. May want to bring some zip lock bags, there were none. There were no beach chairs, but you could rent them for 15 at the guest desk. There were pickleball paddles in the condo (courts on site). The pond on property had a nice walking path. We are birders so there was always something to see. Glxondo was a manageable distance from Santa Cruz and Monterey,...

“Beautiful oceanfront property. Light airy rooms with super comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and dishes. We had excellent communication upon check in to this gated community. Enjoyed walking on the beach and birdwatching. We were visiting for an event at Laguna Seca and it was a nice quiet place to rest after the crowds. We highly recommend this property and would come gain.”
