Upon arrival I received 2 rooms that were not cleaned nor were the beds made. Mind you we were still patient and understanding. Before leaving we decided to remove the bedding and clean up. Which then we had seen a bunch of stains on sheets and mattress. Which then they tried blaming and charging me for . There was never once wetting on the bed or even eating and if you look at the stains you can tell they have been there quite awhile. I find it upsetting that upon arrival there was already house keeping issues to then come and blame me It’s very upsetting. I would not recommend this hotel. ( glad I got pictures before we left )

"read alot of negative reviews about this place…almost didnt book room there because of it, but decided to try the place and we glad we did….we booked a room with river view and balcony…..on arrival staff was great, room was exactly as advertised…..on site restaurant and its staff were amazing"

"The room was HUGE! Very clean and smelled nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The shower was hot with decent water pressure. Didnt get a chance to use the jacuzzi tub because we went down to use the hot tub instead, which was amazing. The large outdoor pool was great. Not sure if its heated but ..."
