Downtown Wisconsin Dells Vacations from $627

Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, dishwasher, paper towels, rags, garbage can and bags. Parking was easy there is an overflow lot for extra cars. Room was clean and presentable no complaints, staff was decent. I did however add my extra guest as a person to check in for me through Expedia since they were arriving by before me and they told them their name wasn’t on the reservation when they arrived and could not check in for us so that was my only quarrel.

Wanted to stay til 11am for checkout time, but the the housekeeping staff entered my room 741 at around 9am, felt rushed, i yelled at the staff, "NO!" Im still here!!!

Hotel was immaculate. The only complaint was, we walked in. There was no staff. Walked around about 5 minutes before i used my cell phone to try to call. I was sent to a main number which informed me that if I had a prior reservation to go to the email I had gotten. This didn't quite help in getting the staff member to come up. I did end up using the phone on the desk to try to get someone. The staff member did come out shortly after letting the phone ring for a minute or so. He was nice when he noticed we were there. I had noticed that there was a box to drop our keys in once we were checking out in the morning since we were checking out well before breakfast. When we came down to check out, the box was gone and there was a note stating that they would be back in a couple of minutes. Maybe they were cleaning. The hotel did the have a speck out of place.

This hotel was incredibly family friendly. We traveled with a large group and had many children. The staff was very patient and helpful with accommodating our group. This hotel could use more help with keeping the space more clean but they were constantly busy trying to tidy up, vacuuming and doing their best. Breakfast had lots of options and the pool area was huge. It was also only a 7 minute drive to Cascade for skiing.
