The bathrooms were a tad bit narrow, elevators were slow, but still 5 stars, and our favorite hotel! Loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and pool, as well as the passes to Natura and wildlife zoo. Also the complimentary adult beverage was an unexpected great suprise. I wish there was a fitness center, but great walking, running, biking in the area.

My partner and I stayed here and everything was great until room service cleaned our room and I left my makeup bag open. Once we came back from our hike and I got ready for dinner my Lancôme mascara and Dior blush were both missing. I had just used the previous night and never took them out of the hotel room. When we reported it to front desk they said they “would investigate and mail me my products if they were found”. I would’ve appreciated more support from the manager in this than just an “investigation”. I would say if you stay here please don’t leave any valuables out.

Room was stuffy even throughout the hotel like the elevator and hallways, excluding the main lobby. The balcony in the room was full of spiders and webs. I understand the area is full of them but that should be cleaned when you're paying for a balcony view. You could not sit out there without walking into webs. Beds were comfortable and location was great.

Clean, quiet, conveniet, well kept. Really liked this place. Will stay here again. Litterally, the only thing I could ding this place on was that the check-in staff wasn't welcoming. They weren't rude, just not a smile to be found. Everything else was great. Took advantage of all the added benefits (Land of Natura, Timbavati, etc), and had a great time and a great stay at a great price.

The check in process was easy. The restaurant had different food options that were really delicious. Definitely go for their Friday fish fry. The hot tub was nice and hot. The staff were very friendly. The room was great and the beds were extra comfortable. It’s in walking distance to the downtown dells area witch and as a plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!
