The location is close to main sites and the train station. Easy check-in but all the communications were in German. I asked a question about a couple of things that were damaged (e.g. the ironing board) and received no answer (I asked in English)."

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr begrenzt, z. B. ist keine Teekanne vorhanden. Küche und Bad sind schlecht zu lüften.Größtes Manko: Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein 24 Std. Automatenladen. Das wird Nachts häufiger sehr laut, besonders zum Wochenende hin. Ohne diesen Laden wäre es sehr ruhig."

Es beginnt mit der Beleuchtung - 1 Zimmer Deckenlampe kaputt, Bad 1 Leuchte fehlt - haben wir nachgekauft. Nur eine Nachttischlampe. Der Ablauf im Badwaschbecken war verstopft und die Duschstange defekt. Fernseher nicht bedienbar, weil keine Fernbedienung auffindbar war. Sehr dürftige Küchengeschirrausstattung. Immerhin hat sich nach unserer Reklamation beim Reinigungspersonal...
