“The room was spotless, and the check in staff, she was very sweet and helpful”

“Perfect property but wrong location. Absolutely nothing to do or see when visiting.”

“I wish I could give this resort 5 stars but it’s Hotels.com’s fault and my fault for not paying closer attention to detail. When I booked this I unfortunately didn’t understand it was a FAMILY resort. It is PERFECT for families with kids. Although I was curious about the conference area. I also didn’t understand the language well and perhaps j was there on a dedicated kids weekend. As a solo traveler I was caught off guard. Other than that this resort is FANTASTIC!! “Conveniently located near town center with easy walking access. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast spread.”

“Staff was very helpful. They called several companies to get a taxi for me that would accept card payments. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful selection.”

“Izba čistá, milý personál, penzión v centre mesta.”

“We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. They are inconsiderate. No air condition. Feels that we are inside the sauna. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size.”

“Only complaint, using appliances were a bit challenging. But we are from the US, it a little different. Overall, place was superb.”

“Very pleasant and friendly service.”
