"Room location was noisy. Room had no hand soap in bathroom. Front desk sent house keeping promply with bottle. The room was spacious and had kitchen area so could buy and prepare food in room. Daughter tried to report that the wash room that had a changing table did not have hand soap. Front desk told her to go to other washroom. That was not the point of her reporting no hand soap. Ate one supper and one buffet breakfast at the hotel. Enjoyed our food. Found the front desk staff slow on check in and check out."
