“Very nice location, the unit is in great shape, and the complex was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit and will definitely look here again when we are back on the west coast. We had a lot of fog when we stayed in July 2025 so did not get much of a view of the ocean from the unit but had beautiful views of the ocean from up and down Highway 1. The fog is part of the experience in this area. ”

“We enjoyed the stay a lot, beautiful ocean view, everywhere super clean, well supplied kitchen and bathroom. If hand soap and cooking oil were supplied, I would've rated Perfect, instead of Excellent.”

“Great property, right in town and walking distance to lots of restaurants, stores and the beach. Having parking in this busy town is essential and this townhome makes that easy with a parking garage on site! Thanks to the property managers and cleaning staff all went smoothly. ”

“Property was just as pictured, nice and clean (dropped a star on cleanliness just because a few spots could use some maintenance - paint touchups and a loose chair leg on one of the dining chairs). With this location, it was mostly a place to sleep, shower, change, and get back out to the beach/pool/trails. “We had an amazing time at this rental. Beds were very comfortable, and location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the whales from the balcony! It’s a lovely walk down to the beach, and we saw and listened to lots of wildlife. Owner communicated well, and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again! ”

“We stay at Seascape often, always booking though VRBO. This was one of the most updated beautiful units we’ve stayed in. Very well appointed. Only a couple downfalls, the location of the unit requires having the windows open for cool air because the sun beats in midday, but overlooking the pool, it can get pretty loud throughout the day and night. Also carpets could use a good cleaning. Other than that, this was one of our favorites. Also, property management company is top notch. Easy to work...
