The property itself was amazing. I had 3 people staying in a 2 bed suite with a oull out couch. When we pulled it out there were brown rust colored srains on the mattress. Called and they sent maintenence with a new mattress, which also had stains and under the 1st mattress was filthy. They did vacuum up the debris. I notified them that the second mattress had a stain and they never did anything to make it better. So i had to have someone sleep on the couch! I am very disappointed.

Happy hour, the convenience of nearby elevators, housekeeping. Didnt like being awake at 4:15am without being notified that soon workers were coming, then the next day i come back to find that someone had been in my room working on the shower without any notice. A few minutes later a get a knock on my door before i can keep up they opened my door and came on in.so glad i was properly dressed.they were shock and so was i,they were told the room was empty. I went downstairs to see what was going on i just get I'm sorry theirs a leak and you have to move to another room.Really! It totally freaked me out..

Due to the baseball tournament, the youth were a little out-of control. Urinating in the stairwell, running in the hallways and running in and out of the stairwell. Overall breakfast is always wonderful as well as the happy hour.

I love staying at this hotel, when we come because they accommodate my 3 small dogs. The only thing that is rough, is sometimes the rooms are super dusty and not cleaned very thoroughly. If there were more modern rooms with air purifiers and less dust, me and my allergies would be so much more comfortable. People are always wonderful here and the area is perfect!
