When checking in, employee at front desk was wearing headphones and did not talk to me other than to ask for my ID and form of payment. We were given directions to the elevators but the floors don’t designate which direction to follow to get to room numbers once on the floor. When we went to room that was reserved, the door was propped open with the secure latch, beds were unmade and room looked unclean. We returned to the front desk and had a new room assigned to us on the same floor without much being said to us by the front desk receptionist.
In our new room, some of the pillowcases were dirty, brown and crusty flecks were on the covers and pillowcases.
When we returned to hotel after a concert we noticed a car in the lot was broken into. We decided to alert the desk manager so they would be aware and it was brushed off. We were told to have a good night and he didn’t move to do anything about it.
To top this off, once we made it back to our floor and to our room, the floor and our room smelled very strong of pot. When I took a shower that night the water was lukewarm and my husband complained of the same thing the following morning.
Overall the location was decent for what we needed, we had easy access for our trip to the places we wanted to go. Facility has gone under some updates and remodels which was nice to see, and having a mini fridge available in the room was nice feature for regular hotel room.
