Always blown away by the work ethnic of people in Omaha every time I go down but this was my first time staying here and this will be my go to for weekend get aways. Awesome staff, we walked everywhere we went because everything was close! Free live concerts, all types of awesome places to eat and tons of awesome places to get photos. I also want to mention that at about 9pm Friday night I notice my thermostat showed low batteries so I went down to grab more to not have to make the call in the middle of the night, the guy working the counter couldn't find them and offered to go down to the market and grab my batteries, blew me away that someone would offer to do that at all. Thats a guy you got to try and keep around! Amazing with people. Thanks for guys for an awesome birthday stay with zero issues! Will be back soon

Had a great stay! Room was nice and clean. Location was great for exploring the old market area. The front desk staff provided excellent suggestions for activities and restaurants. The speakeasy attached the to hotel was my favorite part. Only downsides were the water pressure (seriously, believe the other reviews on this!) and that they didn't refresh the room on the 2nd day of my stay.

Beautiful decor. They charged us $35 to check in an hour and a half early, even though first thing the front seat told us was the room was ready. Housekeeping came into our room when we were still SLEEPING and I had to say, “no thank you, no thank you” several times. At first when I told front desk they said they would take care of it and it wouldn’t happen again (which we stayed for one night so…) but didn’t apologize. After I walked back through the lobby then she did apologize which I appreciated. Lipstick smudges on the curtains and on one bedspread, not from us. Friendly night staff. Probably won’t stay again for the price and experience we received.

My stay was just for one evening but I had the most perfect room. Beautifully designed, clean. Lots of light (I was on the 10th floor). The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but not unbearable. Would definitely stay again.
