Nice place and close to the beach. The room was perfect for the 3 of us, our son (12) slept on the pull away bed. View and amenities were nice and we used all the resources at all the resorts. We would stay again.

Great Beach Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and complex, as well as the beach. The balcony was roomy and a perfect furniture set up. Fully equipped kitchen mer all our needs.

Great Getaway!

We loved this condo. It felt like a resort with alot of amenities. It was super easy to check in and out. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully.We really enjoyed the balcony. It was nice there were a couple good restaurants across the street and mini golf.If we ever return to Orange beach we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for your family with ease and convenience!

We brought our two kiddos (4&6) and this was the perfect sized condo for us with a beautiful view, easy elevator access, hot tub, arcade, pools, and little splash area! We enjoyed our vacay so much! Quick beach access as well! Whole property was clean and nice!

We had the greatest time, the views are immaculate, it’s close to everything you can think of to do/eat, and the kitchen had every thing we needed to cook a good meal and sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean

We love the area, but the condo did not meet our expectations at all. The appliances are dated, the dishwasher exterior was missing pieces and rusted. The furniture had stains and was just disgusting, as well as the washer and dryer being dated the air conditioner system was very loud. The bathroom shower ceiling area had mildew. It was a bad experience to say the least.

Reset Time

Condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious, and right on the beach. Balcony was also a favorite! We loved sitting on the beach with our toes in the sand and waves swirling around our chairs. Definitely achieved our goal to reset and rejuvenate.

Spring break

We did not even have to talk to the property manager:) Our stay was amazing. The condo was immaculate, fully socked (even to bake cookies:), close to anything needed, beautiful beach view, ammenities ❤️ (2 indoor pools - heated, outdoor pools - 1 heated, gym, and do on). We will be staying with Phoenix again.

The Phoenix was awesome!

Everything was perfect except new personal forgot to give us our access braclets and the sheets smelt like they had been washed in bleach...room was very clean and extra nice..

We would have given this property a five but the mattress were not comfortable and the sheets were old and balled up. Otherwise a great stay. Very convenient and close to everything.

Wonderful condo

Stay was great. The only issue was the bed. It needs to have a new mattress and especially sheets. Battle to keep fitted sheet on. Everything else at condo was great!! Location couldn’t be beat

Nice get away

The room was nice and clean. It was a nice getaway. The only thing that was a little aggravating was it said you could check in from the room and a code for the door was sent but when we got to our room with all of our bags the maid was still cleaning. We arrived at 3:30 and check in was at 3. We had to stand in the hallway waiting on her to finish.

Nice stay

Condo property itself was very nice. The condo itself was very clean and nicely furnished. Two caveats are the bed isn't comfortable and the bedroom fan needs it's blades fixed, as they are loose/shaky. You are told that you do not need to check in with the main office. However, you must go to the main office to get a parking pass. It would be nice if that was made a little clearer. If the gate attendant hadn't told me, I wouldn't have known to do that. I do recommend staying at this condo.

Ugh!

This was a cute, small condo unit on the surface, but.... When we went to get a shower, we discovered that it was filthy. All it took to clean it was a few showers so housekeeping should really have been able to. The bed was an absolute nightmare. It was about to fall apart so that the least movement was accompanied by a myriad of noises. The mattress was shot so someone had put a memory foam pad on it that didn't fit. It liked a foot top and bottom of being big enough. The sofa was like the bed in that the least movement produced lots of noise. Despite this, my husband and I took turns sleeping on it. We contacted My Beach Getaways at least three times about the bed. We were told that they would contact the owner. I wouldn't recommend this condo or My Beach Getaways.
