Discover an array of fun-filled activities within the vicinity, from exciting attractions in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores to renowned restaurants, championship golf courses, nature walks, bike trails, and a plethora of shops and boutiques.

Step inside the completely remodeled condo, exuding beauty from every corner. Enormous windows offer breathtaking South and West views, with the living room granting spectacular Gulf vistas. The well-appointed bedrooms feature a king, queen, and two bunk beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for the family. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, silverware, and essential kitchen items. A full-size washer and dryer in the large laundry room add to the convenience of your stay.

Come experience Marlin Key, the ultimate family destination that beckons you to the beach! We eagerly anticipate your visit.
For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st require a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations are available for the winter months, with minimum stays of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are necessary and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. A "starter set" of essentials is included in the reservation.

Rental applicants must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking is permitted. No Pets are allowed.

This is a great condo in a good location. I really like the fact it is not a high density high rise. All the amenities you need are there. You are right on the beach with easy access. Condo was clean and well appointed. I will visit again.

Awesome week in OBA!
This is our second time renting this condo and it was wonderful again. Marlin Key is the perfect size (low density) and location. We had everything we needed and more! The condo is very nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the towels and sheets are nice quality. We would love to come back next year!

We had an absolutely great time staying at this property. The pictures are nice but it really is even better in person. The decor, cleanliness and location are spot on and not your average cookie-cutter vacation condo. The views from the balcony are lovely, and a few steps to the beautiful, clean, white sandy beach. We visited in late March so the temps were a little chillier than we had hoped, but it warmed up every afternoon with lots of beautiful sun! The pool isn’t heated which I think it useful to know. But the unit itself is so great - we would stay here again and again!

We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving in this super clean, super comfortable unit. The owners thought of everything, and we cooked a Thanksgiving feast in the well-stocked kitchen. The views were lovely, the beds were comfy, and the place was spotless. Only one hiccup: we came from the Atlanta area, and it was inconvenient to have to drive into Gulf Shores to check in. After a long drive, it was frustrating to backtrack like that. In the end, though, it was really worth it for this rental. Thanks for the awesome accommodations! We would not hesitate to rebook in the future!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this beautiful condo! Aside from the condo being super comfortably decorated, a fully stocked kitchen, wonderful books to enjoy during our stay....we thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the beach, loading carts and a pool when the waves were too rough for the kids. I have never been a huge fan of anywhere that you have to take an elevator to the beach ...but now i have changed my tune a bit. :) Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and all of the special touches. My husband and I especially enjoyed all of the reading material you left behind for your guests!
