“Nous avons dû changer de chambre dû à un lavabo qui était bloquer, mais par la suite on nous a donner une chambre bien correct.
A l'arriver le personnel n'est pas trop souriant mais cela faut pas s'en faire.

“Rooms were large with great furnishings. My room had kitchenette and fairly large balcony. Breakfast had large selection of breakfast goodies and even offred cook to order items on some days. Extra perk, mini bar in the room was complimentary and replanished daily.
Staff was excellent and made this tourist feel special. ”

“This was a really nice place with spectacular view from the balcony. The only 2 pain points were parking in the garage was very tight and no AC in room . We were there in end of August and the room was very hot … difficult go fall asleep. The option to open window was there but a lot of mosquitoes and bugs”

“Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. “The room was clean and comfy the only complaint i have was the temperature of the radiators being lukewarm, not suitable for the cold climate, there was a electric fan but it took all day to warm the room .
Some staff were courteous some just ignore you.
The amenities were not good, it had a restaurant on the ground floor open to anyone .
The food was amazing and reasonably priced.
