lovely hotel on the outskirts of zakopane perfect for travelling to the mountains. room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. staff were so kind and helpful with any questions and the restaurant attached had amazing food. only slight issue was a limited amount of parking spaces, we rented a car and had to park just outside the front door on our second night. not the end of the world though and we have come on an exceptionally busy weekend! highly recommend staying here

 super nice. Zakopane is a really nice town. The main shopping area is super cute. Love the chalet style buildings and houses. Very clean.

Lovely hotel and great value for money. Spotlessly clean room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The restaurant is a great option for dinner if you don’t want to venture into the town. Great quality, selection and portion sizes. The only issue we can think of was that the shower leaked but fresh bath mats were provided each day so not a huge problem. Thank you!

There is a Spa and massages advertised but toy cannot book one. The hotel would charge 50zl to use their phone to call to set up an appointment. One hot tub with dirty water and a sauna. Restaurant looked nice but its expensive.

This was a lovely hotel with a great restaurant! Room we stayed in was very big with a cute little balcony but bed was very small. I think this website lists that there is no lift but there is one which was a nice surprise. There is a spa/jacuzzi but you can only use it between 17.00-22.00 and you have to pay to use it outside of that! It’s not really close to town but there are a couple of restaurants within a very short walk and a bus stop too!

The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and without a functioning curtain the room became very bright, making it difficult to sleep.

Super miejce. Wracamy w nie ponownie i za kazdym razem nam sie podoba. Bardzo mila obsluga zwlaszcza pan ze srodowej wieczornej zmiany ale nie tylko. Mila obsluga w restauracji. Super centrum spa i bardzo smaczne sniadanie. Napewno wrocimy tutaj znowu.

Un établissement complet de belle qualité

Un excellent séjour dans un lieu charmant et impeccable. Le spa offre une vraie plus value le soir. Il manque un peu de services dans l'accueil pour réaliser des excursions mais le personnel est relativement aidant. Le restaurant est top, plats trÚs généreux et petits déjeuners extra frais et variés. Merci !

I'd like to come again and recommend the hotel

We travelled as a couple to this hotel and really loved it. I would like to make a special mention to Artur at the front desk who looked after us right from an early arrival to caring for our bags, organising a lunch pack for the next day and was just generally really friendly and helpful. The service he gave was a great start to our stay. We booked a room with a separate living area which was a good size. The wellness area of the hotel was quite small, but we found it very relaxing. There were lots of areas - sauna, steam room, hot tub, hang out in swing chairs and relax area with beach beds. The interior of the hotel was very tastefully done and everything looked brand new.
