Superb apartment renovated in a quiet area close to everything with see views
Magnificent apartment with 2 terraces, a solarium with barbecue, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large bright living room, very well equipped open kitchen. Close to beaches, golf courses and shops.
Located 35 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, come and spend your holidays in a sunny, idyllic and quiet setting.
The beaches are located about 8 minutes away, 5 golf courses nearby, bike or walks along the canal and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French restaurants). In short, an enchanting stay.

5 community swimming pools including 1 in front of the apartment.
A final cleaning of 85€ is mandatory with an anti-covid protocol. This amount will be given on arrival to the people who will give you the keys. It includes bed linen and bath towels. The beds are made on your arrival.
Shopping
Less than 4 minutes by car, you will find the La Fuente shopping center with Aldi and Mercadona and 25 restaurants open all year round.
Less than ten minutes by car, you will find the Zenia Boulevard shopping center which houses 180 stores and has a large indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by the American Open Mall, you will find food, fashion, telephone, DIY, electrical appliance stores, restaurants, bars, a hypermarket (Al Campo), children's areas, playground, bowling etc ...
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm without interruption (except for the leisure area and restaurants which stay open later).
The surroundings of the apartment
The Club House of Las Ramblas is the ideal place to have a drink and eat local and international cuisine.
It is located only 500m from the apartment.
This place has a lot to offer both in terms of restaurants and bars. The closest ones are about 15 minutes walk from the apartment in La Fuente. In La Fuente you will find 18 restaurants and 4 bars. By car only 3 minutes!
You will also find supermarkets (Mercadona and Aldi), bakeries, DIY stores, pharmacy etc ...
You are not far from Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin and Torrevieja (about 9 minutes by car).
Cities to visit
Not far from Las Ramblas, you can visit many famous places: Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Cartagena.
The beaches
Not far from the apartment are many sandy beaches such as Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Mata ...
Water sports are of course possible.
The popular region of Mar Menor is about 15 minutes away. Many local bars and restaurants offer traditional cuisine. This place is very famous for its lagoon and for the temperature of its water: 19° in winter.
There are other attractions in the area: Aquapolis, Aquapark Waterworld, a Karting track, horse riding, painball, sailing, Rio Safari ... so many activities that you can enjoy during your stay.

The apartment is located less than a five-minute walk from the 18-hole Las Ramblas Golf Course. The Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Colinas golf courses (2023 award for the most beautiful golf course in Spain) are about a 5-minute drive away.
All golf courses are perfectly equipped, clubhouse, restaurants, ...
A little further, about 15 minutes away, you will find the brand new and magnificent La Finca, Lo Romero Golf, Vistabella Golf etc ...
